We have an extensive range of free weights and benches, dumbbells and an array of plate loaded strength equipment.

Weight training exercises are a type of strength training in which you use the force of gravity to build muscle strength, often through the use of fitness equipment such as dumbbells, barbell bars or gym equipment.

You can target pretty much every muscle in your body using weight training exercises, provided you are using the right weight equipment and exercise technique. The Gym gives you access to all the information you need to exercise the target muscle groups.
